Full Time Experienced Plumber

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of California plumbing codes; work carefully to follow all current regulations for plumbing work in order to pass inspections

• Experience installing no-hub cast iron and ABS DWV, soldering copper drain and water pipes, threading and installing gas pipe

• We expect good clean work, straight pipe, neat solder joints, NO leaks

• Ability to work with fellow contractors, understands basics of blue prints and able to layout basic plumbing systems

• Ability to work as a team and take verbal direction when given

• Ability to troubleshoot, repair and/or replace water heaters

• Ability to troubleshoot, repair and/or replace tankless water heaters

• Must be capable of working independently

• Clearly communicate with residential clients

• Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems

• Inspect previously installed plumbing systems and trouble shoot areas of issue

• Must have valid driver’s license & submit to background check
